How to Boost Happiness in Your Daily Life?

Humans And Happiness

Happiness – who does not want it? But what exactly makes humans happy? This question probably haunted even Adam and Eve, the first human beings created by the Almighty! People find happiness in several things, but one thing is certain: In most cases, the possession of money causes happiness. Since money makes the world go round (just kidding!), humans are ready to do anything to earn money—not all of them, but the vast majority!

Why so?

Because it is a matter of survival. No matter where, what, or how, survival requires money. But, is it necessary to worry about the lack of money? Because no matter what, whatever is destined for us will come to us. Then why fear? It is the same case as with anything else in life. The thing is that most of the time, human beings have imaginary fears/phobias that exacerbate unnecessary tension/s in life.

What are some things that cause happiness in us?

Praying to the Almighty, helping others, being amidst nature, watching animals and birds, watching nature and its enchanting beauty, eating foods we like, having sex, etc. And there might be a zillion other things that make human beings happy.

But how exactly does one remain happy?

By being subservient to the creator, the Almighty, and striving in His path. And being good to fellow human beings. By not breaking their hearts. If one is not able to do any good, at least one can refrain from doing any harm to others. All this is easier said than done. But one should always strive to do good. No matter what!

Start with small things

Work hard, excel in your chosen areas, and be second to none. But never worry about the results. Yes, you do have to keep an eye on them. However, do not fret excessively over them. Do the hard work. And wait patiently for the fruits, i.e., the results. It might be tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, or the day after. But one day, you will find success.

You are in control of your life

No, by saying this, I am not denying the Almighty. Even the words I am typing here are because of His grace and love. What I am trying to say is you are the person who will decide whether to be happy or sad. Be successful or a failure. Be rich or poor. But whatever the outcome, having self-contentment is one of the biggest riches.
