I know Summer is about to be over in India. But what the heck! Better let than never.

– Stay hydrated by drinking sufficient amount of water, Nannari juice (Hemidesmus indicus/Indian Sarsaparilla), buttermilk, etc. – Eat fruits like watermelon, papayas, mangoes, cherries, peaches, muskmelon, strawberries, pineapples, plums, apricots, etc. – Take periodic naps and don’t miss the siesta (afternoon nap after lunch)

. Get up early in the morning and try finishing your tasks by 10.30 am or at the most by 11 am . Do not go outside unless it is absolutely necessary, stay indoors until evening . If you can afford it, escape to a hill station or a cool place for the entire summer or at least a part of it . Learn some new skills, read good books, meditate, and stay cool .
